Do I need my own hookups?
Yes, your apartment needs existing washer/dryer hookups (water supply lines, drain, and a 240V outlet for the dryer or gas connection). Most apartments built with a laundry closet or space already have these.
How long is the commitment?
There's no long-term contract. It's month-to-month — just give us 30 days notice when you're ready to cancel, and we'll come pick up the appliance.
What if the unit breaks?
We repair or replace it at no cost to you. Just give us a call or text and we'll get it taken care of, usually within a day or two.

How do I pay?
We set up automatic monthly billing through Stripe. You can pay with any credit or debit card, and you'll get a receipt each month.
